10 positive steps a day challenge - 2012

• do washing up DONE
• charge phone and ipod at work DONE
• post ebay parcel
• take dvd back
• draw out cash for monthly spends budget and grocery budget

That was yesterdays list - not bad considering I was at work till 1.30am this morning. Then I have been at work all day today but I have -

• checked account balances
• been to work
• took my own flask of coffee to work so didnt have to buy any!
• had shower after work and washed hair
• had some quality time with mt cat Ellwood (my other cat Grace was run over last week and unfortunately died)

I think when I am having very busy work days like today I will aim for about 5 positive steps. I am aiming for both money saving positive steps but also steps to motivate myself and keep going through this depression, its daft but some days getting in the shower and washing my hair feels like an achievement

Morning all - oooooo it's frosty, already been out with the dog, she was hopping from foot to foot on the grass, too cold for tiny paws!

1. Walk dog x 3Done
2. 1 dog walk will be a good hour long one, meeting up with a friend.Done
3. Hoover upstairs
4. Put some sheets awayDone
5. small amount of ironing to do
6. prepare for dads royal visit today!Done
7. post some competition entry'sDone

Happy Sunday Everyone - get some rest and recharge your batteries, do you remember in the old days when there was nothing open on a Sunday and you had to spend it with your family, I kinda miss that!:)

Didn't get anything done yesterday as i had another sleepy day - its not like me at all to sleep during the day but recently seems to be happening more frequently!

Am really grumpy this morning - hope it passes soon!

I have days like that too, mark it up as a smile for recharging your batteries, it needed to be done! Hope the grumpiness passes - it's horrible feeling that way x:)

Today I have achieved (in a hungover state):
pack ebay stuff ready to send
booked everything for trip to Hong Kong in May
had a lazy day with MrS for the first time in ages
tidied up the living room after having people back for drinks
written out all my figures for PPI refund cheque, where it's going etc
