Fitting Composite Front Door

British companies do not like supplying tradesmen for some strange and very odd reason.
They would rather they use a foreign competitors product.
A door company based here wanted to buy 60,000 sets of a well know high security lock over 2 years, the lock company based in Yorkshire refused to supply them insisting they order via an official dealer who was a back street shop , 60,000 units at £65 each set.
The door company just fitted someone elses locks instead who would supply them, the initial company is now in receivership.
You just can not get your head around these stupid British companies ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
