my bf been served with a notice to say he went through a no entry sign yesterday at exactly 4pm. we have looked at google street view and it appears there is a no entry sign where he went driving yesterday (not noticeable until you actually drive through the area). i found a receipt showing we was shopping at 4.05pm around 10 mins drive away from where it happened. does this make this a false claim as we have proof he was some where else at the time of the offence

just been up there there is no sign on the right hand sign of the entry point (just a hole in the ground were it was many years ago) and the sign on the left hand side is not visible to both passenger and driver unless you are driving the wrong way down the road. so taken lots of photos will this help in getting out of this0

get a good solicitor who is good at getting people off driving offences through loopholes. If you can prove you were somewhere else at the time stated I would say that 'it wasnt you' is there phtographic evidence of the 'crime'?
I would be tempted to take it to a solicitor who knows about driving, lets face it celebs etc get off with violations! All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -

Sign not visible. Evidence of being somewhere else at or very close to the time. So far so good.
Now ask them to provide proof (if they start getting evasive or threatening, push even harder).
From whom did this 'notice' come? How was the supposed offence detected?"Never underestimate the mindless force of a government bureaucracyseeking to expand its power, dominion and budget"Jay Stanley, American Civil Liberties Union.0 -
we gonna take more photos tomorrow as well as a video from a passenger view because if you cant see it from that side the driver has no chance of seeing it. then my bf getting hard copies of both to take to the police station to be handed in and signed both copies by the officer so he has one there and one at home both signed0

OP, go to peipoo for some useful advice:

It will depend on who has issued the notice as to whether or not is worth fighting.
ETA: looks as thought it's from the police from your last post, in which case, you want to go here:
