Plus their high in Syn Value, Id rather make my own and have a huge plate full without any syns at all.. But I have a friend that eats a lot of these, so they'll be useful for her xx

That's such a shame...I found all his posts lovely and friendly and miss the colourful jumpers! Please tell him not to be disheartened by what happened- I'm sure we've all at some time caused offence on the internet to someone without meaning to. It's hard when there's no tone, body language, expressions, etc. to determine the spirit in which something is said and I'm sure nobody was seriously upset by an innocent comment.
Please tell Fourp he's a valued addition to the thread and always welcome
