Walk?! I hope there is at least a pavement
. It's all side roads and footpaths until fb roundabout and then there is an underpass that brings you out onto the roundabout, walk across and come out otherside in Ts car park.
Quite enjoyed it but should have worn a hat bit chilly under the dual carriageway. It took me about 15 minutes to get there, a little longer on the way back but quite enjoyable did not get up any speed as could feel my knees and shins did not like it especially after the steps of the underpass. I have really let myself go lately. Determined to lose at least a stone before Easter. Reckon the thought of any prizes at Ts each day might be good motivation but hope not all unhealthy ones. :rotfl:

I wear a onesie in bed and I'm still needing a hot water bottle!!!
I am the most nesh person I know.
I keep blankets in the lounge to snuggle up in whilst, well, ahem, lounging.
I LOVE summer though. It's so nice to wear shorts all day and walk around barefoot. I guess it will soon be upon us. The calendar for this year is chock full of events n projects so it will soon whizz by.

Car is driving me potty. Changed the drop links at the weekend and still got this chattering over uneven road surfaces. Top suspension mounts are next culprits to change. Failing that its anitroll bar bushes which is a complete pig of a job! If its those I'll just turn the radio up!!! :rotfl:
I phoned the docs today and receptionist said doctor had marked normal on the chest xray and normal on the blood tests. He'd not checked the ECG as it only came in this morning but the nurse who took it told me nothing looking wrong with it to her untrianed but fairly experienced eye. Just waiting for a call this afternoon off the doc to confirm that. Still feel rubbish though. Aches and pains, muscles cramps, cough, breathing is better but still not right. So tired all the time.
I need a holiday somewhere hot and sunny I think!
Thanks for asking. ((hugs))
:rotfl::rotfl:That's what my OH tells me to do when I hear a noise, turn the stereo up.
I'm glad your x-ray and blood tests have come back normal and the results from the ECG are looking good too.
Hopefully it's nothing major and you've perhaps just overdone things a bit recently and your body needs a bit of a rest to right itself again.
When you had the blood tests, did you get a full blood count and immunology? I normally have 3 seperate blood tests, to cover pretty much everything.
Just a thought , with aches and pains and muscle cramps, an immunology blood test may shed a little more light on things, and they don't generally take this one as standard.I can't get see the images as I'm on work pc - could someone please tell me what it is ?
It's an Energiser, energi to go. Little plug-in emergency battery pack for mobile phones etcA clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here

If you ever get 1p items at fb, the young lad thats chubby but cute, hes brill with them. My mellow things were too light for the scales, he looked at the screen and just said, ooh, nice find!
I know exactly who you mean. He is brilliant, can't remember what I took through there once that he noticed but he just smiled.0 -

Thats what the garage said to me last time I asked!French_Knickers wrote: »Well if it sounds that bad you may well be able to find it yourself. Do you have a jack? I'd jack it up and secure it so it won't fall off then shake, lever and prod anything and everything suspension wise. If its metal on metal then you should be able to locate the source of the noise. You may need a helper so one can shake and the other can look and listen. Remember to do all this with the steering lock OFF so you arent listening to the clunk of the steering lock as you shake things about.
Pay particular attention to wheel bearings, ball joint and track rod ends....the usual culprits...this can be done by placing your hands on the top and bottom of the tyre and trying to shake it. Also try the same with your hands on the sides of the tyre.
Let me know what you find.
Will do, although to avoid the risk of a broken nail I might ask DH to do that bit!;) Tempted just to book it in to the garage tho!French_Knickers wrote: »Both 'patients' still here!
