I availed myself of quite a few bottles of Baileys:cool:

Funniest thing was getting one item if it was on BOGOF and then saying no no don't get me the free one

Not a glitch but did find a new ( I think) DTD - glade Xmas scented candles reduced from 4 to 2- all scents except chocolate and homey scent. But then they go and have a massive cardboard box promotion on it with big stickers on it saying half price candles and put the chochoney ones in the box too.

Cs was deco a trout and told me it was obviously not a price error as price clearly marked ( yes at ground level if I get on my knees and ignore the eye level a4 size sign saying half price. refunded me 2 pound.

Me - excuse me I have 4 candles! So she gave me 8 pound

Me - excuse me don't i get DTD

Trout - no it was clearly signed.

me - I will just discuss that with the manager!

Anyway DTD given no probs by manager and dumped in my hand by cs staff.

Am sure all stores will have the same promo so go get them guys and girls - I am gonna use mine for beauty/pamper gift sets during the year to friends.

This was at bm@@ extra and sign now taken off so Dont try there any of the local crew xx

    Afternoon all :D

Why is it when there are no good glitches around we tend to fall back on the happy days of DTD? I'm going to need to buy toothpaste this week and its making me sad :(

Do you think they may bring it back for a week or so to commemorate its 1 year aniversary this year :A:rotfl:
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

I've got no dtd pork left:(
I was thinking this morning about last years old DTD because I was trying to work out the cheapest way to buy diet coke for OH. At one time I had over 300 tins of diet coke in the garage and it was all free on DTD:T:T:TI do miss those days:cool:

Hi all just popped in to see if I was missing anything, don't think even I can be bothered to look for more 1p chocolate. There is too much in the house as it is and like you Nikki I was running out of cans of coke/pepsi. I never mind which as long as it is cheap.

Best I found was 8 can packs of diet coke for £1.75 in Ts I even had a £1 off coupon on multipacks that Mr T decided to send me before xmas with those double points coupon/booklet thing. Coupon would not scan at first on SS as said I had not spent enough but no minimum spend that I could see and CS obliged. So got 16 cans for £2.50, stocked up for a bit. ;)
