I've just managed to catch up....bargains very thin on the ground at the mo apart from a couple of fab whoopsie sessions
    Well done :T:T

I never go on a Saturday for some reason, maybe it's worth a shot next week.
Do you go a bit earlier than normal?

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction of a couple of things scanning cheap.
There was some washing powder sel £9 odd scanning at £2odd.....anyone remember which it was?
And I'm going to go to a T's with no scanners but a larger "upstairs dept" where they have stuff my usual T's dont stock
Is it most of the me to you stuff reduced or just the odd bit?
I'm going to have to go back and see if there's any barcodes unless anyone has them to hand !!
Anything else worth looking out for?......answers on a postcard please!!

I have this written on my list:

Ariel Excel tabs with Actilift box with 33 liquates, b/c 1499, £2.49

It's most of the me-to-you stuff in the blue boxes (I have found a few bits scanning full price), not the newer red/pink boxes. Also the xmas stuff, but this is only reduced by about 50% I think.

  • Just caught up but now time to wrap myself in the duvet on the sofa and watch NCIS I recorded the other night and then if still awake Criminal Minds.

DH got me into both these and we used to spend hours snuggled up watching the weeks recordings on his days off, it's not the same on your own :(

    Nite all
    SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
    SPC 2014 £1100:D

whats up wi the car french!

It's like me.....old and neglected and needs some money spending on it! :D

Was gonna change it a while ago but right car not come along to replace it so needed cambelting as it was well overdue. That job went okish but could have gone more smoothly!

Also got a chattering kind of knock coming from front suspension over roughish roads...as well obviously as bumps. MOT had flagged up an advisory of drop link bars. Said they would explain the chattering. Replaced those today and chattering still there so more investigations neeeded/money spending.

The car is a little wandery around the centre line and needs tracking but I don't want to have that done till I've sorted the chattering out as replacing parts may well throw my tracking out again causing extra expense.

    Just frustrations really.

I'm guessing these were the ones holding the pink blankets?
There are 2 different barcodes on these, the ones ending 662 (I think) scan at £5, the ones ending 2186 scan at 20p.
There are also others with t-shirts on that scan at 20p.
    hth :)

Off to bed, defeated! I tend to enjoy staying up as its the only time I get to tidy the house without kids destroying things as quickly as I tidy, but tonight my youngest decided to get up and want me :( so although I have her asleep it means nothing got achieved :( Oh well, at least tomorrow night when I stay up the American Football is on! :D

    Night all xxx
