Thanks very much dreamerbea, bobchorba and sharon-p , I appreciate all the info. I now have a little shopping list compiled to keep me going for a few days.

Breakfast is going to be difficult for me on early shifts. I don't like milk, so I usually have dry frosties or coco pops. That will have to stop!
