It was fine, tongue in cheek. I was one of those that was friends with the good kids and the naughty ones, i'd talk to anyone, (and still do to the annoyance of oh sometimes. Can be best mates with lil ole lady in a queue within minutes,) i mucked about with them all and didnt judge them, a lot to do with being in hospital for 18 months, you learn a lot about folk, theres always someone worse than yourself, so it was all good fun. They were just jealous that id missed so much school! And the thick skin helps :rotfl:

:rotfl: Ok i didnt have many friends at school or home so wont post my nicknames not very nice :(

the small boots glitch is still working as reported

    here

you can get any 2 vits and one shot and you will only pay for the dearest vitamin....

I think you could get say 2x £8.99 vits and one shot and pay just £8.99!
I just got 2 of my favorite sweets (Ricola) and 1 shot for 55p!!:T

Thanks for discovering. I used it twice today, the first time with a multibuy on 2 boxes of tissues for £2 (usually £1.75 each box) the SA on the till was most impressed with my haul for £2.55!

*eta* I think those shots might actually do some good. I definitely had a cold coming on, and it seems to have gone away with a vitamin shot every day.

I think this is a new find:

Illooms Mixed pack flashing LED 87p (bc 1039 4) - pack has "as seen on TV" on the top right. The 18p Illooms are fixed LEDs hence the price difference.

Nice to see you posting fudge2!! How is your dad doing?

Did my main shop in Mr T last night, bought one of the big sacks of potatoes and when I scanned it, the red light came on and the SA just swiped and I carried on...and it wasnt until I put something else through and the red light came up again and the SA wasnt as quick that I noticed at the bottom of the screen it said there was a weight discrepancy. The SA came along and swiped quickly but I asked her to check the weight of my potatoes against the weight of another sack. Neither her or her colleague quite got the gist of what I was on about, but Im certain the potatoes were significantly lighter than they should have been. Needless to say I swapped my sack with the other and the shopping went through without any problem. Just thought I would mention it, as if anyone is like me I am so used to the machine bleeping and calling the SA for no reason that I never really check what the issue is!!

Can I ask you all for a bit of help?! White wash....ended up with some items coming out pink :( Not sure why, still havent found the culprit, there was nothing in there I could see that would do it.) What do you all recommend for getting things white again? My fav white jeans were one of the new pink items and I would love to get them white again!! Any advice please??!!

    xx

Just polished off with a whoopsie trifle too. Feel a bit bloated but hey, not many dishes to wash and no cooking.

    :)

So slow on here tonight think everyone must be away whoopsing hope they get loads

I've finally sussed when my local T's does it's whoopsies (to around a 1/3 of the price, and they usually all go at this price), I can get there usually twice a week at this time so not done too badly this week. Lots of stuff to stick in the freezer which is now full. Was having a bit of banter with an old man who goes in every night to get his tea, the SA's are really good with him and let him have stuff they think he will like. I think they have decided I'm OK cos on Friday the SA offered me something he had just reduced even though there were other people around :j.

A good week all in all, plenty of savings in the Boots 75% sale, a few shots and vits in the Boots glitch, pressies for the dog for next Xmas in the Wilko's 75% sale, a visit to a new T's (for us) where we found a fluke DTD 2 step stepladder with handle, rtc 7.50 went through at 16.50, but she took the sel away with her. (my first time of putting something on here that might not have already been posted - I hope so:))

I now have most of most of my birthday pressies sorted for the year and all my Xmas cards and wrapping for next year as well as a few pressies.

A shame I didn't see anything in M&S but with savings of well over £250 this week I guess you can't have it all:)
