OOOHHHH it is a glitch here look:
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=253559504 Is anyone in T's now?
It looks like the cherries should be £14.99 a kilo, then half price but are 7p a kilo, have I got that right?0 -
Yes but they've never counted my cherries before!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Don't show me anymore quilts and £30 is waaaayyyyyy to expensive;);) :rotfl:
I can never find any I like - either to white/ floral/ shiny/tacky!!
Guess I'm very fussy!! Loved the chandelier one from T's but so impractical!!I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

I got the chandelier one:T all my duvets are mainly white and totally impractical but I love them;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
That's really a how long is a bit of string question;)It varies on what they are, condition and who's willing to pay what. I always price everything a bit higher than I want and then take a lower price;) I always do well when I do one but it just depends on so many different things tbh:)
I know it was a dumb question but if items are in good condition etc would it be 10p a puzzle or 3 quid - see I really have no idea about prices !0 -
I might just have to do one and go with the flow!0

Sorry for dumb question but what kind of prices do they charge for stuff at car boot sale - I have kids books, puzzles, toys clothes etc but do no if it's worth car booting or not?
Dodo, as Lala says, it's bit difficult to give an exact answer as it's not an exact science.
Clothes imho don't sell that well, unless designer etc.
Kids stuff normally does quite well, but depends a bit on your clientelle. We have some car boots round here where people won't pay more than a few pence for anything
As Lala says, better to price things a bit higher than you want as people generally want to negotiate so they feel they are getting a bargain. I also find presentation can get you more money. People love a rummage but expect to pay less because of this.
Also if you have large items in good nic, it is sometimes better to put these in your local free ads.
Let's just say I know a little bit about this stuff, particularly kids toys, which also seem to sell better in school holidays.
hthA clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here
Any offence is not intentional, I'm really quite harmless0 -

When I price for the jumble or school fete -
I think "how much tops would I pay"
double it & then negotiate a bit.
Later on reduce down
but then I'm a skinflint!I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

i know it was a bit naughty. i have just returned 15 packs of ricola sweets from the boots glitch and got £14.50 for them.0

I got the chandelier one too!!....just wish it was bit less green..the curtains in that room are a dark duck egg blue and it's not such a good colour match as the one i got last week in Sainsburys. Although I prefer the chandelier design, the other one is a perfect match (and a better quality tbh)....but did cost me a whole £1.50 more
I've got duvet covers in the cupboard that have never seen the light of day....I must stop buying them!! (and shoes I can't walk in :rotfl:)My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
