One for the boys maybe, just seen on HUKD Home brewing kits down from £11 to £2 something in T's, might be store specific but worth a look if that's your thing (Not telling my OH,garage will end up like a brewery!!!!)

A quick cooking question for all you experts out there if I may.
I have a whoopsied slow roast beef shoulder joint, the instruction suggest slow roating in either wine or stock. I don't like wine (and not allowed alchohol at the mo) and don't like any kind of stock of gravy (neither does OH).
Can I just do this like a normal joint, in a roasting pan with oil etc?

Any help would be appreciated, I am useless at cooking unless it involves baking cakes

I like the idea of being able to put a camera in a pouch on my belt to go walkign or cycling but still be able to get good shots. A bridge camera ticks all those boxes. I had for some reason thought you was looking for a camera to fit a bunch of old lenses. Sorry for being presumptuous.

Re. lenses, the 18-200 VR lens is a bagful all in one lens and top notch. 500 quid but you can throw all the other lenses on ebay and never take this off the camera.

Don't worry its possible I didn't explain properly as I think my post was late at night and I think I was half asleep. I will pass on that lens suggestion He has 3 lenses and two are broke so probably not get much for them, but he should be getting a little extra money for selling a phone he won for being the best customer service advisor (see they aren't all bad whoever it was that posted that ).

When I first got a beef joint from my butcher he told me to put half an inch of water in bottom of roasting thing but that wasn't a shoulder just a normal joint so may not help much sorry

Actually fudge don't see why you can't cook it in a roasting tin with oil but it might be a bit "tough"
