Forgot to mention earlier, I found McCain Home Fries in the freezer () today RTC, the big 2.25kg bags for £1.49, usually £2.98 These are the only chips we eat, so was a nice wee surprise to find them for this price, so might be one to look out for if you like these chips! Just wish I had a bigger freezer or I would have bought more!
Also wombled me a £5 off £40 as well:T Dunno how the heck I'm gonna use that though, any tips greatly appreciated!
I've got a £6 off £40 and couldn't even give it away to anyone in my checkout queue. (normal, not SS or basket only) None of us were spending that much!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
Have given up trying to catch up - started off yesterday only 40 pages behind and was waaay more than that today!! Mother in Law now home from hospital, but it means I have less time to read up on here !
Good luck with everything meerkatsmimm I had 3 homebirths and the only extra equipement I needed was a plastic sheet, a bed sheet to put on top of it, and what ever the midwife wanted to bring. Loved having my kids at home!0 -
Children don't choose their names, their parents do. Discriminating against people on the basis of their names is not on.
(Thankfully for all the Kylies, Chardonnays, Kyles, Waynes - we all have our personal favourites- no offence to anyone saddled with those names, I don't like my name either!)
Don't like mine either & it's a boring oneI say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

Sweetie, as one who knows, the greatest tribute you could do your lovely dog, and one that would repay you with love and interest, is to give a home to another super dog which has fallen on hard times and just needs a good loving home to blossom. Grieve first, and then allow another lovely dog to find you - they always do if they are meant to. xxHope is not a strategy.0 -

Hi all, thanks for the support last night.
HC, pint ?
Karlie, you think that is funny ?
The flashing images you post, legit or not could set off a fit.
Not so funny now.
Nothing personal.Well said, she has been asked politely many a time but continues to do it...:(
actually, you might be better aiming this at the person that deliberately posted a flashing image so as to get the attention of a mod.
then you might want to re-address your tone as I'm sure you don't mean to sound as patronising and rude as it does.
or we could bring back hanging, that should improve your mood. I've lost count the amount of times karlie has been encouraged to post pics to lighten the mood, so lets not stitch her up into another HC scenario eh?0 -

Maybe not a big squishy armchair by a fire....perhaps we could open a few bails of straw to create a makeshift sofa...but we couldn't have it near the fire-in-a-old-oil-barrel due to the h&s risk t:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.
