I forgot to present my Clubcard in store - what do I do?
If you forget to present your Clubcard, you may have your points manually added to your account at the Customer Service desk in store. Please provide your receipt and Clubcard to the member of staff. Note that the transaction must have taken place within the last 14 days and that you are restricted to presenting two receipts per day.
So I would rather be safe than sorry and get them added within the 2 week time frame

nikkilala, so pleased you are getting somewhere re HC. I have cringed at some of the posts on here, on both 'sides', but you appear to be approaching things with a level head, and so glad mse is Pilkington the matter again. Rules is rules is rules n all that, but sometimes things aren't always black and white, and it sounds like HC will soon be back where he belongs!
On a slightly seperate note though, might it be a wise idea to leave things in nikkilala's more than capable hands now? Before more things get said? It would be awful for Nikkilala to do all this work, for an argument on the thread to wreck it all again0 -
