This may be a store specific find - Just come back from my local and there was a guy at CS desk who had been overcharged on a twin DVD player (the newer box with the boy on it). He told girl it said £49.97 on shelf and he had been charged £79.97. Off she goes. I pointed out that if he was right he should get dtd (he hadnt got a clue) and read the sign behind CS desk. I said I would have gone with her in case she 'loses' the ticket, so off he went quickly to find her.

They came back together and she put ticket on the desk, white price ticket for £49.97. She was only going to give him the difference, until he pointed at the sign and she says 'oh yeh, I always forget' ... LOL ... He was well chuffed.
