Never, ever, ever, ever again will I whoopsie that T's on a Sunday. I am going to write the strongest possible email tonight. They brought the whoopsies out in a normal customer trolley, one of the deep ones. Eleven + people trying to get into it, I've now got a nice scratched hand. The SA was laughing as he pushed it out and literally pushed it into the middle of everyone then proceeded to hold up his mobile phone laughing and take a picture of the chaos!!!!!I put one hand in,got it scratched and walked off. I'm not that desperate and the S**T will hit the fan when I complain tonight. So I will guess that his pictures are for youtube or somewhere. Off now to finish the dinner but I'm fuming:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Sounds like a couple of the stores near me. They wheel out one of those flat trolleys load 2 abreast 6 or 7 deep full of those green trays and the lot just goes flying! It's quite obscene actually and I'm often very vocal (yes I can speak up now and again lol) about it. I won't even get involved if its a rugby scrum, I don't need a 6p half a cucumber that badly!0 -
Why's that? it wasn't Tesco that scratched her hand!
If Nikka had grabbed a load of whoosied items she would be back here regaling us with what she'd got! You win some you lose some
we don't know these old ladies circumstances, I'm guessing most are not savvy or computer literate enough to use this site, a whoopsied meal might be the only chance of a decent meal to eek out a meagre pension!
so let's not knock the old dears too much!:D
I dont know these old ladies circumstances either, but i was simply referring to things that can come from a scratch. I guess working where I do doesnt help me sometimes
A complaint to T would be much heavier with the fact that she had to seek medical attention for an injury recieved during the course of her shop.
Although I really do hope that the squirt filming it gets his comeuppance!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Not been on for a while as have the grumps and not been in the mood, realised how bad it had got as just been to tescos and didnt have a list of goodies to find and even told the till girl to correct an over charge instead of getting DTD, i didnt even think of DTD until my OH remarked as walking away from the till that i must be grumpy to give up an opportunity for getting money off my shopping!!!

Evening all
I have just spent the last five minutes refreshing my page, logging out and logging in again, refreshing again etc, trying to figure out where my "quote" button had disappeared to and have just realised that you have started a new thread without me and I was trying to catch up on the old one!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Please try to keep all talking to a minimum for the next hour whilst I catch up on the 16 pages I'm behind on the old thread....... back soon(ish) :eek:0 -

but can you tell us what you were wearing, so we can spot you when the video hits you tube.:eek:life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -
No Locarr, Actually I wouldnt. I'm not moaning about the old dears which I found quite funny, and if that's how they make their pensions go a bit further thats fine. What I object to is someone from T's thinking it's hilarious to take photos on his mobile phone of a scrum. How would those old ladies feel when they realise that their pictures might be on the internet, not too happy I'd bet.
I agree, as tescos isnt responsible for the behaviour of one customer to another but they have a duty to attempt to provide a reasonably safe environment for their customers.
The lads lack of this (demonstrated by his reaction) shows no thought to this at all, surley this is not the first night this shop has done woopsies, they must, as all such shops, could anticipate the situation a little more?
To reduce the risk of a scrum, more thought could have gone into how the woopsies were presented, perhaps not piled up in one trolley would have helped!
Im not a H&S freak, but just a little bit if thought could have helped everyone.0 -

That's was got me, this wasnt even the green crates it was a normal deep shop trolley, so you can imagine what was happening with people trying to get to the bottom of it.
Right off for whoopsied lamb for dinner, from a more sedate T's that I frequent at whoopsie time;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Actually now I think about it, that happened the last time I got a DTD in that store...
I would certainly tell them no, what if you needed to return anything on your receipt or get stopped going out of the shop by security.
Trouts have no right or reason to want or need your receipt.:)Sarcasm
