Love Welsh cakes and the older generation always seemed to make them better than us...I have my Gran's gridle....I love it, whenever I use it takes me back to standing beside as a little girl helping her make Welsh cakes..:)happy memories..:):)

Have lived in South Wales most of my life, just spent a few years in Australia when younger. Married an Englishman (met at University) and now he loves Wales as much as me...:):):)
