Took me a while to work it out at my store until I realised they take all the 50% off out the back around 7pm and then return it at 75% to 90% off when it's all been marked down. So depends how much there is as to when it all comes back out. I thought it was all going much earlier. :o Usually all gone by 8pm though. ;)

Have tried 7pm ish as well. So need to attempt it a bit earlier.

For all the doctors and other interested parties here, I've just got back from the docs.

He took blood pressure inc listening to my pulse as he did so, checked pulse, lungs heart, glands etc etc. Could find nothing and said no indication of lung infection or fluid.

I've had blood taken and will be checked for glucose, kidney function and thyroid and have to gofor a chest xray and ECG next week.

I was worried before today, now I'm terrified!!! lol

believe it or not, that is all pretty routine stuff, they are just being cautious, which is not a bad thing at all

Remember that the more your anxiety levels go up, the worse it will make you feel, and you will feel more aware of things. My dad had all that yesterday and he got the all clear

I can remember when I was a young lad (5 or 6) my Mam & Nan used to take me to the big City (Cardiff) for the proper January sales (this was 1965/66) , C&A , M&S etc used to have lots of hats on offer and I must admit I can still see the visions of , i use the term loosely , ladies scrumming down fighting tooth and nail trying to get their hands on the best hats ...there was certainly no love lost in the melee .
The off for a nice 'victory 'cup of tea at the Hayes Island tea shop .

I am off to the Asian supermarket tomorrow I get 5 big bunches of coriander for £1, 5 x 500ml tubs natural yogurt £1, the 400g bags of spices are cheaper than the swartz (sp) tiny jars in T's plus the fruit/veg/salad items are so much cheaper, garlic is sold by the kilo each head works out around 8p
Hi Miss Laid. Is it PAK you were talking about? That sounds like pretty good deals they have there!
