Just tried to see if any customer brawls over bargains are on YouTube and came up with the most boring Tesco video ever.
A guy is recording his musings in Tesco extra Cardiff.

Also, I'd like to have a go at receipt wombling but just wonder whether I can still submit them for price check for JTD if someone has used their clubcard, or whether the receipt has to be one with no clubcard details please? And also, would it matter if someone had used a credit/debit card to pay?
Unlikely that I'll find any stray receipts, there never seems to be any left in trolleys etc around where I live...
TIA xx
Hi All, picked up on new thread fine - thanks
Just wondered what is wombling please??Thanks in advance.

The way I'd look at it he shouldn't be trying to have some fun in this way. If it was his old granny would he have put the trolly out the same way? I'd like to think notSPC #329 £471/£500 banked

Sorry to quote my own post but these reductions will only be in local stores not the big ones, and it is only to sell through all the christmas stock as we are small stores we need the room very quickly for more stock. But there really will be some good bargains around we have quite a bit of stock left including chocs, cards, tags, biscuits, mince pies ,and christmas cake, and a few gift sets so happy hunting guys just thought id give you the heads up.
Oh I was all set to go to the sainsburys near me tomorrow, but it is quite big, and I didnt know there were different sizes of sainsbobs! How can I tell what size a store is classed as? will it tell me on the store finder (like tesco has metro, express, extra etc)
Edit, oops, should have looked myself, should not be lazy! Store locator states if it is a local store or a superstore. 2 miles to a super. 9 miles to a local (which is not so local to me then!) never mind!0 -
