Next End of Season Sale

I wonder whether anyone else is still waiting to receive sale goods from the Next Directory. I placed my order on 22/12/2006 after being allocated a "V.I.P" slot and received the first item on 28/12/2006 ....well chuffed. I have since chased them up on a number of occasions and have now been told 'We are unable to confirm a delivery date for you at the moment we are advising customers to allow until mid February for delivery' ...........Did these SALE items ever exist ? I think perhaps NOT ! I'm NOT IMPRESSED !..........Bah humbug

Im still getting Sale items delivered i presume alot of them are on a boat being shipped in from China or somewhere hence the delay

Same here! I received a coat yesterday (just in time for the snow). Still waiting on a kids jewellery box ordered before Christmas. Hope it arrives in time for friends daughters birthday in May!

Yes I'm still waiting for quite a few items too. I wonder if we will finally get them or if we're more likely to get a "I'm sorry but we will not be receiving further stocks of item xxxxxxxx" letter. I'm not holding out much hope for the outstanding bits and pieces.

It took me three months last year!!! Some items still came in March but then around 20th March I received a letter saying I wouldnt recieve the rest. Problem was some of the items I needed were to match items Id already recieved and worn so I wasnt happy. I will never order online from the Next online sale. Its so out of date. I ordered £400 worth of things and probably recieved £250 worth...

i had quite a few items cancelled, and wasn't told. They also insisted they would not charge interest on items purchased prior to the interest change, but still are charing me. I refuse to use them again, am closing the account down.

I closed my account down too. I know it may seem like I saved £150 but had to go else where to purchase matching items for all 4 people in my family so probably spent at least double that!

I'm still getting the odd thing delivered from when i ordered from the sale, luckily, there's no rush for me or my mum.

I had problems with the next sale last year, I ordered some stuff in a VIP slot and it said 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Over 4 weeks later I ring them and one item had just come into stock and was on its way out but the rest wasnt. I asked what the problem was and they said that with majority of the sale stuff they have to wait for it to come back from stores or for new batches - they shouldnt say they have it in this case surely?!
