How do I remove the google toolbar please?

uninstall it in control panel

and run the avg cleanup tool

disable windows defender - from the start menu, windows defender, tools, options, untick use real-time protection, under administrator options, untick use windows defender and untick allow everyone to use windows defender, click save to save settings

click the java icon in control panel, advanced, misc - untick java quick starter, and untick place icon in system tray. Disable error reporting - control panel, system, advanced, error reporting, select disable error reporting and leave notify me when a critical error occurs ticked.

Unless you use media sharing across the network, disable it in media player, library, media sharing, or options media sharing, untick find and share media

I've done most of the above except:
1. When I go to control panel, programs and features, I can't see google toolbar on there.
2. Disable error reporting: I go into control panel, system, then it's advanced system settings, but I can't see error reporting. BTW, I forgot to say I'm using Vista. Am I doing something wrong please?
3. I've uninstalled wot, but can't see supportsoft in programs and features.

run ccleaner, tools, save to text file, and post contents of install.txt

Yes, I use coupon printer: I'm a money saver .

I have who's crashed on here as often my laptop blue screens for no reason. It always seems to be before I need to install updates on Vista, if that makes any sense at all!:o
