Definitely confirm it with the court / utility company.0

Well, the utility company says that the replacement with a key type meter is still scheduled for 2/2. Not being the actual customer, I can't get any other details from them. Tried to call the court, but can't get to them. Even the numbers listed in HM Courts and Tribunals Service website are wrong (they have the number of Hammersmith Court instead) or perpetually busy...
The court hearing is tomorrow. I'll just go there, see what on earth is going on and try to find out what are my options from there. You wanna hear about my new obsession?

Good news!
Went to the court this morning and the case was not on the dockets. I found the power company representative and he told me it has been cancelled. You wanna hear about my new obsession?

Excellent news, well done.
I would write to the power company stating what happened this morning, and asking them to confirm in writing the situation - just so you have your back covered if it suddenly comes back to bite you.0 -

Well, the day passed and noone showed up to change the meter. So, to the extend that I am concerned, this problem is in the past now.
Unfortunately, there are still other issues with the flat...:mad:You wanna hear about my new obsession?
