DSL-Warehouse - Beware!!!

Buyer beware when using these guys!!!
The website is https://www.dsl-warehouse.co.uk.
I used them last year and vowed never to again, then in desperation used them a few days ago.
Customer service is beyond awful. They are extremely rude and went out of their way to insult me when I started to question my order.
I ordered from their website and paid extra for a next day delivery from City Link as I know they always deliver to me on time.
When I had received nothing by 3PM the next day, I called them on 01992 618078 as listed on https://www.saynoto0870.com as their normal number is an 0870 number. They were furious with me. They demanded to know where I had got the number from and said they would try to track my order and call me back. I told them I found their number on their website, and as expected, they did not call back.
I called again an hour later on the same number, received similar treatment, and then they hung up on me. I called back and the same happened. I then grudgingly called on the 0870 number and there was a recorded message telling me their hours of business.
The next morning, I called them back on the 01992 618078 number and the same guy I had spoken the night before answered, and was vile, demanding to know where I had got the number from. He practically refused to deal with me as I had called on the wrong number and he was in the wrong department to deal with my query anyway, but said he would track the order. He told me that the order had indeed been despatched but cold not tell me why I did not have it - he also told me it been dispatched by Business Post, who I know always have trouble shipping to me, which was why I chose City Link. I told him about the email I had been sent confirming the City Link delivery, but he was not interested and told me that that was "tough". When I mentioned the times I had been hung up on yesterday, he told me I was a liar, and became increasingly hostile. He could give me no details of the delivery at all or the consignment numbers and eventually I hung up as I was tired of the insulting language and attitude towards me.
I called my local City Link courier to check with him and also spoke to a colleague who works for Business Post, who both confirmed there was definitely no delivery on the system for me - this was two days after being sent a confirmation from DSL-Warehouse of my next day delivery.
I called back on the 0870 number, thinking I would be speaking to someone in a better mood as I was calling on the correct number and they were making more money out of me, but the same guy I spoke to before answered the phone. This time he was more polite, as he was now in the correct department to take my call. As soon as he took my order number from me, his tone changed from vaguely polite to the arrogant, insulting liar I had just spoken to previously. Unable to stand any more of his lies, and knowing they had not shipped anything, I asked for the order to be cancelled, which he said "would be an absolute pleasure" and for my credit card to be refunded.
I am still waiting for the refund, for the goods I bought, that they never shipped.
DSL-Warehouse trade under a number of different company names, but all seem to operate under the Nascent Technologies group of companies. They are based in Coleshill, just outside of Birmingham, but they don't like you to know it, and if anyone has ever been sent a free dsl modem with a broadband account - it almost certain that they sent it on behalf of the ISP under the pseudonym of Net Lynx or similar.
They obviously like to deal with large ISPs, but have no interest in the individual at all, except to take their money off them.
If you do have to deal with them, call them on the 01992 number and see what treatment you get.
Has anyone else had to deal with this lot?
