Well house on the market since Wednesday last week. Chose a local estate agent who was cheapest out the lot. Haven't had a single phone call yet. Glass half empty..
I feel your pain. Ours went on the market week past Monday and not a squeak. Feeling a bit low as I put so much effort into sprucing up (see my signature) and was well pleased with the pictures. trying my best not to let anything escape from the cupboards but on the plus side it is sooo much easier to clean.

I was quoted £5000 by an agent to sell my house recently and I refuse to pay this. Gone are the days when as a person buying the house, you took time out and went to your desired location and plodded up and down the high street getting particulars. You don't need to do this anymore.
I will be using 121 move co uk for one tenth of that price. They will allow me to set my price, write my own description etc, put a board up and guarantee me on RM, Zoop and all of the others for 1 year.
You do have to do your own viewings and negs, but I know what I need to move and if I can't get it, I will stay here.0 -
