9 months free Sky Broadband and Phone

Just thought I should let people know that I was all ready to switch from Sky Broadband and BT over to O2 this morning. As they have an offer for existing customers of £6.25 broadband ( half price for 12 months ) and home phone for £7.50. Along with a cheque for £30.

But on phoning Sky to get my MAC code I got a nice Scottish chappie who after some discussion of my package and usage offered me 9 months free broadband and home phone ( including line rental and evening and weekend calls ).

So this works out at a saving of £177 over the course of the 9 months versus £105 that I would have saved with O2.

Thanks the number that I called was 02071267020 - I got it from the 'say no to 0870' website.

I had to be persistent and explain why I was leaving etc etc. But it was worth it!
