buying from 3 - when does quidco status change to validated?

i have bought SE K610i with "Video Talk 500" package on the 4th Feb

the status on quidco is showing as "Tracked" from the 5th of Feb.
Does anyone know how long it is before it turns to "Validated"?
Or is there a way to know if my transaction will be paid for?
