Broadband and Gas & Electricty Dumbo Here!! HELP!!!

Call me a bit of a blonde but I'm getting myself so confused! I am moving into a property tomorrow and I need to source a decent broadband connection and sort the gas and electricity out.
For the broadband, we don't really need a landline phone or a tv package so a simple package would be good, unlimited downloads is needed though.
As for the G&E I am completely Clueless!
Can anyone recommend any good companies to me? It's never been an issue before as someone else has dealt with it.

Broadband, unless youare in a Virgin Cable area you will need a land line to deliver your broadband service. You can check your options with an exchange search on the Samknows website, LLU will be the cheapest.
with your gas and electricity you will need to register with the existing supplier.
IMPORTANT, Take meter readings as soon as you move in.
Once you are in you can look for the best deal for your circumstances.
Ask the suppliers for the last years usage figures. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Once reg'd with the existing supplier for gas and electricity, use a comp site with your estimated annual kWh figures to get the best deal-then sign up via a cashback site. A switch will then take 4-5 weeks to complete. No free lunch, and no free laptop
