In the package I'd include the order details page off of eBay, that shows your username, your buyers username and the price you sold it to them for, just an idea

I have done that before. I had a competitor who was buying my stuff when he ran out of his own- and so I obviously allowed the sale as I was making a good profit, but just added a flyer in each packet to my own user ID on ebay.

Someone also did that to me, I bought something in a bit of a hurry without do a lot of research. When it arrived it had been drop shipped and the drop shipper enclosed details of his wholesale prices so you could buy to resell- so I did! I set up my own line of these widgets at managed to outsell the original buyer- the reason I could outsell him was that I bought stock so could advertise a 1 day shipping rather than the 'will be sent from my warehouse within 7 days of ordering'- that my competitor had.
