Helloo folks,

As per usual Natwest the bank have given me a shocking service, so much so I think its about time to leave and to join another bank.

Which Bank would you folks reccomend joining..?

Is it true that Santander will pay you to join their bank account?

Many thanks

Dont Santander pay you to join, aren't they one of the biggest banks who are best insured and they have team committed making it easy to switch banks..?

With Halifax don't they charge you a pound a day if you go 300 in your overdraft..?
  • First Direct.

I've had no problems with Halifax, plus they are paying you £100 to switch.

On of the biggest, yes. But don't forget the great fall of a certain bank that then required government bailout as it was 2 hours of stating bankruptcy, as it became too big too quickly and couldn't survive.

    who are best insured
Every bank is insured the exact same way. There is no "best" or "worsed" insured.

Only because they are desperate for customers! Think of how long they have advertised their £100 switching offer compared to other banks.

Every bank claims its easy, as they use the automated switching service.

Yes, so don't use your overdraft. Simples.

deffo First Direct £100 if you move over , and £100 if you dont like it and want to leave after 6 months :T
  • Lloyds TSB - Their online banking is excellent. The interest on their Classic Vantage account isn't quite as good as it used to be but I like the service I receive.
