Just got off the phone to three customer services, when i bought my 18 month contract from the boots near where i live it was half price line rental for 6 month's and i was told i could lower my price plan after 6 month's.

now i've just been told i have to wait till the 9 month as it is an 18 month contract and even if they mis informed me i cant do anything about it.

any idea's on what to do or how i get out of this contract because i wish i'd never had gone with three now

  • It sounds like your gripe is with Boots, not 3.

    The conditions should be with your original contract, do you have any paperwork from either 3 or Boots to justify your statement.

    Is the same deal still in Boots? If not have a word with the manager to get the old advertising literature.

    If you cannot prove it, you are probably in the unfortunate position of having to wait for the minimum term before downgrade.
