hey all,

got a payg mobile with a vodafone sim, i get reward codes each time i top up and now finally have enough for a £5 voucher, ive went through the opening an account stage and am trying to spend my reward points ( i'm after a £5 As*a voucher) but when i press on the button nothing seems to be happening ...

has anyone had any problems claiming their rewards ? or does anyone know if maybe i am doing it wrong

Sadly, this sounds the norm for anything to do with Vodafone Online. One reason why I won't use them anymore, they wan't you to do everything online but does anything work? Hardly ever if you are lucky!

Only suggestion I could give you is to contact Customer Services or the eForum.

thanks will do... i did notice sometimes even putting the rewards bit in was a nightmare
