The never ending saga that is Vodafone My Account

which never works...........

They are happy to let you know your bill is ready to view online but the site never works!

    I must say, despite the many, many issues I have with Vodafone, the website has always worked fine for me. What sort of issues are you having? My girlfriend had never managed to access her "My Vodafone", but phoned CS and asked for her "My Vodafone" account to be deleted then set it up again and it's been fine ever since.

    Possbily for you but always worked for me. Not a lot of help I know but the system can work it's not fully borked..

    I'm having exactly the same problems, unable to access Vodafone online bills due to vodafone experiencing problems due to high number of registrations, Vodafone know this is a problem for many of its customers (you just need to google it) and yet they haven't sorted the problem out.

    I need to access my online bill. I have emailed them as yet no response.

    I have had the same problem, especially over the last few nights.
    Guess its a technical issue.
    Living off £450 per month is easy...! If you aren't single! :j
