(Even although I managed to find this ancient thread, it's seemingly beyond my abilities to use the same approach utilising a search engine.)

Many many years ago we left a bag of clothes we had bought in Primark, it was when you had to pay by cash or cheque and a supervisor had to check the cheque, I told you it was a long time ago. Anyway it was Bristol and we lived in Hove, so I phoned but they could not find the bag but said I should write with a list of lost items.
A few days later a parcel with many of the items in and a voucher. Nice to hear they still give good service.
