Its a VERY simplistic way of looking at things but would be interesting to see how it went but:-

1. Any transaction entered into by a company AFTER administrators are appointed usually has the protection of the courts
2. Even administrators shouldnt be able to stop you getting a refund if the goods are faulty as this protection is provided by STATUTE. Ok, they can stop refunds if you simply didnt want them any more.

Hi, just an update on my earlier post. My order which was placed on 24 December has actually arrived! There are a couple of other things I would like to order, but have decided not to push my luck just in case the next lot doesnt turn up. Hope everyone else receives theirs!

I have received a dispatched email last night for the order I have made on 27th Dec and amended to add more items on 7th Jan. It is being delivered by a courier company called DPD and I had the option to change the delivery date, so it is arriving tomorrow now. When I amended my order, the guy on the phone did say that things are a little slow as they are in adminstration but I am not in a hurry for the items to arrive anyway, so that's ok.
