However, when I tried to claim on our insurance, we were told that it was classed as 'fixtures and fittings' so our insurance wouldn't pay, since you cannot insure what you don't own.
What insurance provider did you have? All contents policies i looked at included coverage for glass and sanitary. Did you have accidental damage on contents?0 -
