I used to only buy pampers till someone told me to try asda own OMG we havn't looked back since, he leaked a few times with pampers and hasn't with little angels. I don't at all believe in you get what you pay for. It's known some items of food for example are made in same factory just packaged different.

Little angels are used by MANY MORE mums then I ever knew till I tryed them and said we used them, the number that came out and said they did too was very high lol

Just under 100 nappies for £10 can't say no really, they really are worth a try

I used Pampers since birth then after leaks all the time changed to Asda Little Angels and I have been using for 8mths+ great value and no leaks even on 12hrs a night! also Aldi nappies are good, huggies I would not touch with a bargepole leaky nappy central!!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
a few good offers instore but some of the bigger items os already

they had big boxes of asda little angel nappies newborn? for £6 i think def worth a look.
loads of the huggies starter boxes but you can often get these for around the £3 mark and while its not a bad offer I found huggies nappies terrible for leaks and got stuck with 6pks we never used

picked up a cow & gate weaning starter kit ok not great value even at £5 off the reg price but liked the bag lol only got it home to find the pots/spoons and bib were pink so check the contents before you buy
this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk

Oooo are the big tins of baby milk on offer? Saved myself a fortune stocking up on these when the 1.6kg tins went to half price!!

When I went to Sainsburys the other day the size 4 packs of 26 Little Ones explore nappies were reduced to £1!! But like to buy Pampers for night time.

I always found Huggies newborn to be best when my little one's were tiny, then Pampers when they got older. To be fair though I think most brands are fine during the day.

Can you tell me how long the event is on for?

Thanks
it will run for 2 weeks, then swap to another event- usually changed over at some point during the weekend depending on the store.
Car Boot Queen!!

Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!
• thanks.. I made an order online to collect in store for three of the asda wet wipe boxes (6x80 wipes in each box for £4 each!) far cheaper than tescos and exactly the same wipes... also ordered a toilet seat for potty training for £4... it was a wtp disney one.. boots/amazon do exactly the same ones for £8 each just with more popular programmes, toy story etc, but I couldnt justify paying that much! Good reviews too on asda direct/amazon.. hth someone! :)
• Be cautious of some items in this event!

We purchashed a few items in haste and when we collected them today decided to check the prices elsewhere (should have done this first...) for example:

Asda are selling this - http://direct.asda.com/Animals-of-the-Rainforest-Room-Make-Over-Kit/002675528,default,pd.html - £39.98

whereas Amazon are selling the same thing for £6 cheaper - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Funtosee-Precious-Make-over-Peelable-Stickers/dp/B003AMOX3K/ref=sr_1_6?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1326918261&sr=1-6 - £34.00 and free delivery.

So we'll be returning this as we've just ordered the cheaper one. We also got 9 pack of pampers for £7 but Asda's own make is £4 for £3. Do the maths yourself.

Although the car seat we got was a good choice.
• I've just stocked up on my wipes at Tesco. Their Huggies wipes are on buy 1 get 2 free atm. having twins means i go through loads of nappies and wipes so this deal has been a godsend!

Not sure what wipes you prefer (I’m personally not that fussy, unlike for nappies!!!) but I managed to stock up on my Huggies wipes – they are on 3 for 1! Hubby is gonna like this!
