Have you listened to a word of the advice you have been given here?

    Rhetorical question, was it?

You know yourself you didnt make a false allegation so stop torturing yourself about it.You cant change what other people think of you, you can only change how you think of yourself. You did what was best for you at the time, end of story.
Could you go back to the DRs and ask for counselling? or pay privatley to see someone? and tell the G.P also about how you feel. G.P s are used to seeing people who get into a state with their job so dont feel embarrassed. My G.P was very supportive and kind when I was having loads of problems at work.
Are you in a union? if so they can help you. From what you say you need to be moving the situation forward for yourself so you can get on with the rest of your life. From what you say it can be sorted out as employers dont like all this trouble themselves. Just say to HR you would like to sort something out for yourself.
You are more than your job and you will get another one, irrespective of how you leave here.If your partner doesnt support you then they are not worth having.Do you really want to be with someone who wont help you in times of crisis?.

Taking employer to court due to breaching thier own policies, Appeal failed and was concluded with an additional accusation by the Chair which has not been backed up or substantiated.

Emails have also come to light that the Appeal chair was copied into a good deal of email exchanges between me and the Disciplinary panel chair prior to the disciplinary hearing going ahead and yet she did not disclose any prior knowledge or involvement at the start of the appeal hearing. As I said she concluded her letter informing me that the appeal would not be upheld by making an allegation that I attempted to hide certain information from management whereas I had contacted a confidential help line for staff being bullied and was in contact with the assoc director or HR during this time but I apparently tried to hide it for two months, oh dear...
