I had dealings with them once - managed to take money quick enough but getting it back was a night mare.

I agree with thomasbentley.
Customer service was appaling, staff were unhelpufl and the item I bought was mis-described. However, this won't be the end of Savastore. A relative of the Jessa's who used to work at Savastore has now taken over, so don't expect practices to change.Lack of money is the root of all evil.
