E: 06/02 100 winners to each receive 10,000 Clubcard points (weekly)

I have an account and have shopped online. I followed Amilucky's post (post no. 8), logged in then scrolled down the page a little and the banner was there for me (Win you share of millions of clubcard points).

ok, i've signed in, clicked on the banner, but i just get taken to the normal shopping page..

am i missing something ?

They are still looking into the fault. Latest comment is to bare with them.

They had exactly the same problem last time they ran this competition and they didn't fix it until the day before the competition closed so don't hold your breath.

Ps it's not working for me either.

Is the banner really obvious? There's no chance I've missed it is there? :rotfl:

First I had no favourites at all, then I logged out and in a few time and my favourites appeared but there's nothing I would describe as a "banner".

That's why I thought I'd better ask what exactly it looks like!

At the very bottom of the page, under the Terms & Conditions you'll see "If you are unable to access your Favourites please contact us on 08457 22 55 33. You can also enter the competition by clicking here."

Please click where it asks you to and you should be able to enter the competition from here.

Thank you. This finally worked for me. I thought I would copy the address and post, but when i tried it out, it took me back to the page with no details on again, so it really is best to go through this rather strange route.
