i have never ordered online but have an account.

i had the banner and was able to enter fine.

it said 'come back next week to enter so i think you need to enter once per draw'

Just tried it, but no it doesn't work for me - says I have no favourites and there's no banner anywhere on the page
. Seems to be the same for a few people looking at the Tesco FB page. Hopefully they'll sort it out

Not working for me either. I've shopped online in the past but not for over a year. I used my clubcard in store yesterday, so it can't be the not having used it within a week thing.

I qualify on both counts, and I have favourites that I can access (and are the things I buy regularly), but no banner to enter the comp.

Me too One Eye. Exactly the same as you. I can see no banner. My daughter who has never shopped online at Tescos, but used to use Tescos when she was University (last shopped there in July) got the banner. Go figure. Maybe it's because I don't buy deodorant, and they think I smell?

I definitely qualify but don't have a banner. I also don't have anything in my favourites. I have wondered about this in the past, because it says things you've bought in store will be on there, but they're not, so maybe this needs fixing.
