What are are you actually saying OP. Is the price for item at £8 allready? Yes or No.
If it is why sell for half the price.
the bidding hasnt started but it has lots of watchers... when i do a completed listings search... the item i am selling is going for anything from £5~£10 depending on condition and seller f/b... this lady has offered me £5 for it? but it would have only costed me 25p to list it as i would pull the auction thus having no fvf just paypal fees...0 -

lady friend wants to buy the item, for around £4. This item NORMALLY sells for around £8 on ebay.
Should OP let the listing run, or sell early to lady friend?
:T thanks for clearing that up :T0 -
Not to sound too harsh OP but, first post is very hard to understand. Just that you do say item is selling at £8 at present, in other words, you have a bid for £8.
Maybe some paragraphs would helpMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -

I'd take the £5 and make your friend happy. Then everyone's a winner.0

But why sell at £4 if it's already on £8? Where's the logic in that? I really don't understand the mentality of some people.
Bizarre.

He confirmed the bidding hasn't started yet...so it's still at 99p at the moment. He means the final sale price of similar items averages £8 (I think

I'd sell it for a fiver - so you may have got an extra £3, what value do you put on a huge favour, more than 3 quid surely.0
