Where do you get/what is your PAC code?

I'm getting a new phone, but looking to keep my current number. However it says they need my PAC code, anyone know where to find it?

Yes contact customer services but on T mobile they put you through to 'marketing' who issue the Port Authorisation Code. They can be a little difficult ie asking why you are leaving etc - but I dont think they can charge for the service or refuse. Note the code is only valid for 30 days.

A PAC code basically gives permission to whoever you give the code to, to transfer your mobile number. It's easy to get, but most service providers will transfer you to their marketing dept to try and offer you a better deal to keep you.
