Free Solar Panels

Hi, I applied to Isis Solar for the free solar panels back in early November. I had the property surveyed and we had the appropriate roof. All agreements were signed, and the panels were supposed to go up on Tuesday 7th Dec, in time for the government cut off of the 12th Dec. The scaffolding was supposed to go up on Monday 6th, so I took a day off work to be available for this. At 12pm, still no scaffolding, so I called Isis to ask for an eta, and was called back, only to be told that the scaffolders were not coming, but would be there by the end of the week.
End on the week came and went, and still no scaffolding. The 12th Dec came and went, still no scaffolding. After many many many calls to Isis, the scaffolding finally went up on 15th Dec. The downside to this was that it blocked our sky signal, thus meaning that we had no TV. Which would have been ok for only a couple of day, as we were assured that the panels would be on the roof by the end of the week, and the scaffolding removed.
But as you might've guessed, that didn't happen. the following week, I was called three times to ask if the scaffolding was up, and each time I told them about the lack of TV signal, and it was getting dangerously close to Christmas, and I wanted the scaffolding down for the festive period. We have a 2 year old, and we don't encourage the telly for more than a couple of hours a day, however, as you might imagine, life without TV can be a little boring for the little guy, especially over Christmas, not to mention ourselves, and missing the Christmas specials! And DVDs only go so far.
Still no panels, and now I was told that they were waiting for some clips to come from Germany, and wouldn't be here until the new year.
After even more, unhappy phone calls, we finally had our panels fitted today, but still have no TV signal, as we are now waiting for the electrician to come and connect them to the mains. And this means that the scaffolding is still there.
Any advice on whether there is any kind of compensation for all of our festive inconvenience? I'm aware that we are getting a free product, so, we haven't been financially inconvenienced, but we are, as you might imagine, a little upset about all that we have had to endure.

Thanks in advance:(
