I had this problem too, had an email saying payment unsuccessful. However, after re-starting the process from scratch it did work but not with glitches along the way. I would keep trying cos if your holiday wasn't successful you would know cos the systems won't accept your sun ref no again.

hi im also booked for minehead in july!!! the 2nd =D its 61 pound as its 15 pound per person if u book a summer date so no u still have to add ur service charge and passes... i presume ur a party of 4?? if so it wil cost an additional £70 for passes n s.c... butlins shud write 2 u in about 6 weeks or so explainin when and how 2 pay

It depends where you live. Ours is always the 3rd full week in October so my kids will finish on the 19th October.

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to the team who cracked the code, I have just managed to sit down and was gonna help when I noticed it had already been cracked.
There were two parks that I really wanted to book and I managed to book one of them and am really really chuffed with it. I also then booked another park so am really looking forward to our break away.

I am going to Burnham on Sea Haven and Devon Cliffs Haven - hope no one tells me now they have had a bad experience there ha ha

Will keep an eye on the next Sun holidays - when do they advertise again? :-)
