Have finally booked after 5 hours of trying - read through all the tips on here and chose Hendra in Cornwall as my 1st choice on the reviews of a member on the forum and Butlins sites as my other choices as they are more popular, even got my date 20th July!! all completed and confirmation Email received.

given up with butlins lol have got another haven but when we went last yr i paid 9.50 x4 as there is only 2 of us then paid the park upgrade prices for 2 of us
on here it looks like i have to pay 17.50 x 4 now? makes it not so cheap when ive added all passes etc

This exact process happened to me, I had to re-enter the holiday twice, I got to a screen that gave me a reference, I went to pay, it crashed, I went back a page, did it again put in my card details, it processed then took me to a verify screen, an email came through saying confirmation of payment. But the verify"ing" screen crashed. I have had no email saying here are your holiday details just the one about payment apparently being successful. Is there any way of logging back on the Sun site to find out if you have a booking. Their contact screens crash when I try that too.
