hi all, looking forward to trying to book weymouth this year - hopefully the olympics won't cause too much of a problem as i'm hoping to go in July before it all starts! can't wait to start trying to crack the code!

Re butlins

check online prices FIRST esp if planning to go in the next couple of months! we used our last sun holiday to book for march 26th this year at minehead with food £257....you can book it direct now for £70 cheaper!!!

we did check before booking and it was coming up at £600 but now its so close they have offers etc on, you might be better off booking direct.

it worked out ok for us, we decided to save our money and my sister booked direct for us (premier customer got it even cheaper) i called to cancel the sun one and they`ve let us change the date on it so now have another hol in sept too :-) if we havdnt have looked though i wouldnt have known and we`d have paid more than we needed to, alot more in the end

so, if planning to go this side of june, no matter where, check direct price before booking x

thankyou, have done a check and still just cheaper with sun but i cant completly check the price as i would upgrade with the sun and cant see where it says how much it is?

Thank you for this information. I will check the direct booking prices now before I get caught up in all the excitement tomorrow when we try to crack the code.

Hi, wondering if anyone knows if you can book 2 adults & 3 children for Butlins, Skegness? Only I'm sure i read somewhere that because only the basic accomodation is offered to Sun customers by Butlins that only 4 people could stay? Is this correct?

You'll either love or hate Porthcawl - its very popular, my mums caravans are always booked out - though I guess with the Sun offer you get standard caravans rather than luxury ones - the park is also flat...which is a bonus! Can be windy seems to have its own little microclimate but always something to do so kids the age you have should enjoy themselves. I guess if you are close to Pwhelli then its about a 3 hour drive?
