Hi all, i am hoping to go for minehead buttlins, but do you know if they accept 7 people? i know you can book 7 people for a sun deal holiday but as im asuming buttlins dont have accomodation for 7 + i was wondering if they would give us 2 appartments. I have tried to get buttlins before with 7 of us but have never been able to, was just wondering if this was the reason why. (although in the past when i have tried it was a few days past the opening date for bookings). Thanks

We found that when you try and book a holiday for more than 4 to Butlins, it won't let you, but what you can do is book for 4 and then add people on to the booking and increase the room size with Butlins themselves once you receive your confirmation from them.
The only other option is to book two holidays at the same time.
    Hope this helps.
  • Hi, i have searched this thread an others and found no definate answer to my quiery. :)

I'm trying to book a european holiday for the 5 of us but if not successful want to book Butlins for just me and the 3 kids. Only problem is once I've logged in as a party of 5 I don't think you can change it so wont be able to go on and book Butlins even tho I only want to book for 4. Not sure if that makes sense!!!!

I have booked a 3 night holiday and a 4 night holiday at the same site for consecutive dates ie done 2 separate online bookings in order to make a 7 night holiday - i don't think there is another way of doing it online...

Could you book half of the holiday with the Daily Mail promotion and then the other half with the Sun promotion? that is what i have done in the past sometimes.

I did this as we are a family of 5 but when I phoned (as soon as hol confirmed) to add my daughter on they had no availability for any of the larger accommodations (it was Feb half term). Just bear that in mind!

But if i did that then the 3 days would be booked online using priority and the 4 nights booked in the post (as i only have 1 priority code) with no guarantee i would get it. Is that right?
  • hi does anyone know what time the online booking site opens...?? I have work that day so desperate to know so I can try & book in my break....:j
I'm new to all this so any help would be great....can't wait....;)
  • Hi freddy73, I have previously booked a 3 day break & when I got paperwork through to pay for service charge & passes there was an offer to extend your break for the week for slightly more money...this was directly from the park....;)

    Hi
We are looking to do this for the first time? Is the priority booking for people who have done this previously? I don't understand how to book online...!
Also, what chance do we have of getting anything if everyone has priority booking? Help!
