Pushchairs vs travel systems vs strollers... Confused!

I had a Jane slalom pro 3 wheeler which was great for the bus because the front wheel had a bike style break operated from the handle...

I had another baby and got a Phil and Ted... I'm seriously considering getting a bike brake kit and getting OH to fit it on there as it can be unsteady when the bus takes corners too quick! A couple of times the brakes have come off and its shot accross the bus, and once I had to grab it quick because it tipped over sideways :eek:

Don't quite understand the popularity of the sola.and urbo though... to me They look like what my brother got pushed around in circa 1990

Eta if you need to fold it to carry downstairs do not get a travel system of any kind. Get an umbrella fold maclaren. Not parent facing but (as someone who lived in a 2ff) the only one that is sensible to lug up and down stairs!
