I just tried to place an order at Taylors and they wanted $24 postage which took my crocs (the new mules) to over $62, so I thought i'd wait a bit and get them in the UK rather that risk a customs charge.

Had my caymen crocs for 2 days now , they are the most comfortable, albeit most ugly shoes i have ever worn, check to make sure I have not left slippers on before I leave the house, thats how comfy they are. Think the highlight of my day is when young neighbour shouts, "oh those are the shoes I want mum" whilst pointing at my feet.

I'm going to recheck my shipping costs as I just found the international shippings costs on Taylors here:

    http://www.taylorshoes.com/policies.htm#intlshipping

and it says one pair to the UK will cost $14, so i can't work out why my invoice showed over $25 for one pair. If I can get them for $14 postage I will order...has anyone else been charged more than that quoted?

EDIT: I've just tried again and this time the shipping did come up at only $14, however my size is now out of stock...arghh.

Is Taylors the US site? Now there are $2 to the £1 I was thinking of ordering some from the US - never done that before so nervous! Are they really that much cheaper and I've never owned a pair before so what size shoudl I order (UK size 6)
  • I have given into temptation and ordered a pair of scutes from fitfeet. I've ordered a size 7. I hope they fit as I usually need wide fitting shoes.

I ordered mine on Monday and despite it saying first class free delivery they haven't come yet. I guess first class can take up to 3 days though so hopefully they will arrive tomorrow.

Still haven't managed to order any here, taylors does seem to be the only people who have them and they have very few left. They say these come up big, so I've decided to go for the 38 rather than the 39..as crocs generally seem large to me. Just waiting now for them to get more in stock
