thinking of gettings some crocs for my boys-they both want them, trouble is how hard wearing will they be?
Bought youngest 5, a cheap pair of trainers £5 2 weeks ago- and ok it has been the holidays but they are wrecked already. They normally have Clarks shoes but do not sell trainers wide enough to fit him.
I will be happy if they last the summer out.
Thanks
Ps For those buying from Taylor shoes, I was going to but Lavender Caymens out of stock, ordered from UK site Footart, when to town to pick parcel up, there was a poster saying on top of customs charge PO will make a charge-think it was £8!!!!!!!!!!April Grocery challange £175
Spent week 1 £29.90
week 2 £62.64, TOTAL £92.540 -
Found some purple Caymans in 11-12 for my DD on a site called https://www.fatshoesday.co.uk . The only site I could find them in stock so far. Anyone ordered from them?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Have you looked at www.fitfeetuk.com? I ordered a pair of scutes from them yesterday and they phoned me back to say the colour was actually out of stock. Really nice lady and I have a pair of turquoise ones on the way instead of my fushia/orange and she said she would ring me when they came in. All their crocs have 10% off with free p&p. I am sure kiddies Caymans are £17. Might be worth a look or phone call.
EDITED:
Just looked for you. Purple showing okay but sizes are 10/11 or 12/13. Price is £17. HTH0 -
Just got DD a pair of purple from a camping store at Trentham Gardens, Stoke. £19 if its of any help to anyone.
Plenty in stock, pink only in larger sizes. Size 3 and up are £27.00.
Now she wants the jewels...arrghh!!!0 -
My sister bought a pair of crocs. the size 5 which she is were massive. She couldn't walk in them. So she tried a size 4 which were much better.
She wears them strapless. But when she does put the straps round her ankles, she feels that when she walks her feet push forward in them. is this how they should be.
she doesn't have a problem with them and finds them so comfortable.0 -
Chris, I have a similar problem as your sister. When I wear my Crocs with the back strap my toes touch the front so I wear them strapless.
I don't think any part of your foot should touch the inside of the Crocs when you wear them.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
If you had seen the size 5's on her, they were huge.
But she said that sometimes her toe does touch the front, but it doesn't bother her.
but her friend said that because this happens that they don't fit her.0 -
The caymans I think do feel huge on...well they do on me but your foot should be in the foot mould inside...preferably not over the markings...I am 6 and had to order a 7...Mine aren't that comfy with the strap on either...I think it;s my toes..my mary janes are size 7 too but they fit greatI think caymans feel big at first it's just the look of them but just make sure her foots in the moulded bit0

My Cayman's are also huge on me but when you read how they are supposed to fit then mine are fine. I never wear the strap behind - always in front. Sometimes my toes have touched the front slightly which proves they are the correct size. If she feels happy in them then forget her friend's "advice" - she's obviously not aware how comfortable they are! lol
I tried a pair of Scutes on the other day and in those I need the smaller size. Trial and error I suppose;) .0 -
