I took the plunge and bought a pair
I'm a size 5 and tried them on the girl, said try a 4 which i did.
They felt better. I wore them in the house all day yesterday and my feet are so sore. It is like walking on braile.
I think that i should have got the size 50 -
I have just ordered a pair of scutes. I found my caymans got a bit too sweaty in this heat yesterday. I am also still considering the sassari from taylors but not sure if I'll be going croc crazy!WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030

I've got Caymans and a black pair of Mary Janes which are great for work. Want some Athens flip flops and might get a pair of Scutes, not sure about those yet.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Nope you can't have those yet. Wait till after baby No 3 has arrived and then treat yourself! You can then blame it on hormones making you croc crazy! lol

I know I won't be able to walk in them until I've had the baby, and even then I'll have to make sure then that I'm not holding no3 when I would be wearing them. They are just soooooo gorgeous. Maybe I feel I can justify them more before no 3 comes along!WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030

Well I can't believe after receiving my scutes today they were too small!
I had tried the same size on in a local shop but didn't want the Navy/Pearl colour that they only had. Got to send them back now
.
Postage to send them to me cost £1.84 - just in case anyone is interested in p&p costs.
Scutes now going to cost me same price as local shop which haven't got the colour I want. Oh well that's life.

that's disappointing, but it obviously happened because you are going to find the bargain of the century elsewhere and makes us all feel jealous!- I can hope.
My friend has asked me to look for kids caymans in fuschia but her size is sold out everywhere.
I went to mother and toddler group today and was amazed that so many kids and parents had them on. I purposely didn't wear mine and felt thoroughly left out! Thought everyone would think I was obsessed if I wore them yet again. Anyway it's a great subject to chat about and lots of converts to them after much pessimism in the beginning.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -
Has anyone who has bought crocs from Taylorshoes had to pay import tax?
If so, how much was it?
Thanks for reading.0 -
Has anyone seen any sassari crocs for sale in the UK yet?
If not, what US size equates to about a 5 1/2- 6 in a UK size as I may be forced to buy from the US.

No I havent had to pay import tax and have ordered twice now. Think the price of a pair is below the amount where you have to pay it if I understood the VAT Manager I asked??!! correctly0
